About Us
Red Rover aims to increase global human capital. By improving the knowledge, engagement, skill, motivation, and capability of individuals, we can improve both the lives of individuals and the strength of their companies and communities.
A combination of a process and a software platform, Red Rover helps companies motivate and organize communities resulting in increased human capital. We do this by making everyone a teacher, increasing connections, and facilitating sharing of ideas, lessons, questions, answers, and activities.
We have four guiding principles.
You’ll seem them in everything from our product to the process.
- 1
Teach.
Everyone is a teacher. Teaching is twice the learning.
- 2
Be bold.
Experimentation is the heart of progress. Authenticity is a solid foundation.
- 3
Play.
Play is the antidote to fear. Fear is most of the problem.
- 4
Connect.
Joy, growth, love, and meaning are all found in the spaces between connected people.
Our vision? A world in which everyone reaches their potential and helps others reach theirs.
It’s why we started Red Rover.
